Graduated in Bachelor of Physics from the Federal University of Bahia (1981), Master in Teaching of Sciences (Physics) from the University of São Paulo (1998) and a PhD in Electrical and Computer Engineering Industrial by the Federal Technological University of Paraná (Biomedical Engineering). (2013). Currently it is Adjunct Professor B at the State University of Bahia. Has experience in Physics, with emphasis on General and Experimental Physics, and Biomedical Engineering. It operates mainly in the following areas: Microfluidics, Localized drug administration, History and Philosophy of Sciences and Computational Physics.
